Natansh: “When I joined in late 2023, I saw an opportunity to optimize performance and enhance efficiency within the Professional Services division. The team played a critical role in customer success and implementation, but I wanted to introduce a structured, data-driven approach while ensuring people felt empowered and supported.”

Natansh: “The first step was creating clarity and alignment. I implemented role-specific KPIs for Project Managers, Consultants, and Configuration Specialists, ensuring each team member had measurable goals tied to company objectives.

At the same time, I introduced real-time tracking dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce, which gave us visibility into performance, allowing us to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and refine our approach. We established key KPIs such as monthly and quarterly revenue targets, utilization rates, and project execution metrics. For example, we set a goal of 70% billable and 80% productive utilization, which we successfully achieved. We also set monthly and quarterly margin targets, ensuring positive financial performance throughout the year. Additionally, we implemented a structured approach to Go-lives, setting clear monthly targets and proactively mitigating risks to keep projects on track.”

Natansh: “A big part of my leadership approach was transparency and collaboration. I made sure my team had visibility into their goals and how their work contributed to Sparkrock’s overall success.

Another key factor was accountability. By implementing role-specific KPIs and dashboards, I ensured that each team member had clear performance expectations and the ability to track their own progress.

At the same time, I focused on cross-functional collaboration, aligning our team’s efforts with sales, product, and support. This ensured that we weren’t just improving internally, but also enhancing the overall customer experience.”

Natansh: “The results were transformational. In 2024, we saw higher efficiency, higher utilization, stronger engagement, and improved project outcomes. Team members gained a clearer sense of direction, helping them perform better and grow professionally.

Most importantly, we shifted the mindset—people weren’t just completing tasks; they were actively contributing to Sparkrock’s long-term success.”

Natansh: “Data provides structure, but leadership is about people. You need data to guide decisions, but trust, motivation, and engagement drive real impact.
