Meet the New, Unified Sparkrock Website

We’re excited to share our new website that goes live today, September 25, 2025. It looks different. More importantly, it should feel different: clearer paths, more helpful content, and a single place to explore everything Sparkrock offers, across Sparkrock Impact ERP for nonprofits and the Sparkrock Ed ecosystem for K‑12.
Why we changed
The past two years changed Sparkrock in meaningful ways. We welcomed Edsembli to the family in March 2024, bringing our Student Information System (SIS) and Sparkrock Ed HRP into the fold. Just a year later, we also added School‑Day to our K-12 ecosystem. Our product suite grew; so did our responsibility to present it clearly.
Earlier this year, we refreshed our visual identity to bring forward elements from Edsembli and School-Day, and give Sparkrock a more modern, confident voice. We build and support cloud‑based ERP with advanced capabilities; our website needed to rise to the same standard.
Sparkrock gives K‑12 and nonprofit organizations the tools they need to manage their operations with clarity and confidence. The new site is designed around that promise.
What’s new
1. A simpler way to find what fits. The site is organized around the questions our audiences actually ask: What does Sparkrock do for organizations like mine? How does Finance connect with HR? Where do I go for SIS or School‑Day resources? You’ll see fewer dead‑ends, clearer language, and centralized information on one core site.
2. All products in one place. For K‑12, you’ll now find Sparkrock Finance, Sparkrock Ed HRP, Sparkrock SIS, and Sparkrock School‑Day side‑by‑side—so it’s easier to understand how the Sparkrock Ed ecosystem works together. For nonprofits, Sparkrock Impact ERP is now introduced alongside its core modules, Sparkrock Finance and Sparkrock Impact HRP.
3. A more helpful resource library. We’re investing in content that answers real evaluation and implementation questions, and speaks straight to finance, HR, operations, and IT leaders. Expect practical guides, product explainers, and interactive tools.
4. Accessibility first. We partnered with an agency that prioritizes inclusive, responsive design. The new site supports assistive technologies and is easier to use for folks who are blind or have low vision. If you rely on keyboard navigation, you should notice a much smoother user experience.
5. Centralized support. Customers can now start from the core Sparkrock site to find support across all software products. We’re also working toward a unified support portal to make getting help even more straightforward.
6. A consistent visual language that unifies our products. Colour, type, and imagery carry forward the best of our expanded family while feeling distinctly Sparkrock.

For K-12 leaders
If you’re responsible for the operations of a district, you shouldn’t have to hop between websites to piece together the whole picture. The new site brings the Sparkrock Ed ecosystem together so you can see where Finance, Ed HRP, SIS, and School‑Day shine individually, and how they support one another when you’re planning staffing, managing budgets, engaging families, or reporting to the board.
For nonprofit finance and HR teams
If you lead finance or HR in a nonprofit, you’re juggling compliance, stewardship, and resource constraints, all while your stakeholders ask for faster answers. You don’t need us to make finding ERP information harder. Sparkrock Impact ERP now has clearer paths to information about both Finance and Impact HRP, so you can quickly understand capabilities and how they fit your organization’s complexity and funding landscape. We’re leaning into practical explanations over jargon. If it doesn’t help you make a decision, it didn’t make the page.
Accessibility, performance, and readability
The refreshed design improves contrast, typography, and layout flexibility across all screen sizes. It also respects assistive tech users. You’ll see (and hear) the difference on content‑heavy pages where clean structure matters most.
One place for support, today and tomorrow
Starting now, you can find support for Sparkrock Impact ERP, Sparkrock Finance, Sparkrock Impact HRP, Sparkrock Ed HRP, Sparkrock SIS, and Sparkrock School‑Day from the main site. We’re in active development on a unified support portal experience that brings customer help even closer together. We’ll share timing as we lock it in.
Important: Nothing changes about how you log in to your web‑based software products. Your existing bookmarks and links still work.
